Ice Cream
Hard Pack Ice Cream is available in a full flavor range as well as customized flavors and formulas such as Ginger, Green Tea, and Red Bean. All ice cream is packed in retail sizes of 1/2 liter, 1 liter, and 2 liters. All retail packaging is in round cartons. For dipping shops and restaurant usage, there is an 11.7-liter bulk plastic container. Private label is available.
Ice Cream Mixes (Powder Form)
Ice Cream Mixes are plain flavor and are produced for reconstituting with water in a batch freezer in a shop or in a continuous freezer in a production facility. Packaged in 22.7 kg bags in either a 10% or 14% butterfat content with a 100% over-run formulation.
Soft Serve Ice Cream Mixes (Liquid Form and Powder Form)
Soft Serve Ice Cream mixes are available for use in any brand soft-serve dispenser. The liquid mixes are ready to use and are packed in plastic bags of 9.73 liters, each with two (2) bags per case, for a total of 19.5 liters. Available in Vanilla and Chocolate flavors.
The Powder Soft Serve mix is plain flavored and needs to be reconstituted with water. The powder is packed in composite cans (paper cans) of 907 grams each, with six (6) cans per case. Each can is mixed with four (4) liters of water.
Cheese (Mozzarella, Cheddar, Cream Cheese, and Parmesan)
Natural Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheeses are available in 2.27 kg loaves, 9.1 kg blocks, and/or 18.2 kg blocks. We can also offer these cheeses in shredded form packed in 2.27 kg bags with six (6) bags per case.
Cream cheese is packed in retail cups of 226 grams each or in bulk cartons of 13.6 kg for re-packing or for use in bakeries.
Parmesan cheese is available in 18.2 kg blocks or in grated form. The grated Parmesan is available in retail sizes of 226-452 grams, in food service size bags of 2.27 kg with six (6) bags per case, or in bulk cartons of 22.72 kg.
Specialty Non-Dairy Products
Our Specialty Foods are available for use in markets where dairy products are difficult to import or to distribute. Our substitute cheese/cheese analog products are available in Mozzarella, Cheddar, Cream Cheese and Parmesan cheese varieties. These analogs contain casein and vegetable oil.
Our Non- Dairy Soft Serve powder mix is reconstituted with water and contains no dairy fat. Our mix is used in the same outlets as dairy mix and in conventional soft-serve dispensers.
